Shipping policy
Where do we ship from? All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Shipping destinations We ship to the Netherlands and across the European Union, as well as to many other countries worldwide. For a full overview of destinations and applicable rates, please visit our Shipping Rates page.
Shipping rates Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the weight or value of your order. The applicable rates are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Rates page. Free shipping may apply from a certain order value — please check our Shipping Rates page for current thresholds.
Delivery times Estimated delivery times per country are listed on our Shipping Rates page. Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.
Order processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) CET are typically dispatched the same business day.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Customs & duties (outside the EU) For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Lost or delayed shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@tabletennisstore.eu. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
